Warranty Information

We Stand Behind Our Work

Quality workmanship should come with accountability. Our one-year workmanship warranty is our commitment to stand behind the work we perform—and to be here if you need us after your project is complete.

Our One-Year Workmanship Warranty

Aspect Renovation warrants that Contractor-supplied materials and workmanship will be free from material defects for one (1) year following completion of the work. The warranty becomes effective once payment has been received in full.

If you believe there is a warranty issue, contact us in writing within the one-year warranty period. We will evaluate the concern, determine the cause, and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

If something comes up after the warranty period, we still want to hear from you. We will make every reasonable effort to evaluate the issue, stand behind our workmanship, and make things right whenever reasonably possible. If a repair falls outside warranty coverage, Aspect Renovation can often assist at a fair and honest cost.

Workmanship Warranty vs. Manufacturer Warranty

Workmanship Warranty
Covers defects resulting from the work and installation performed by Aspect Renovation.

Manufacturer Warranty
Many products we install include separate manufacturer warranties that may provide coverage beyond our one-year workmanship warranty.

Questions to Ask Before You Sign

A good warranty should be clear before your project begins. Whether you’re working with Aspect Renovation or another contractor, here are a few questions worth asking:

How long does the workmanship warranty last?
Make sure the warranty period is clearly stated in writing.

What does the contractor’s warranty actually cover?
Understand the difference between workmanship, product defects, and existing conditions.

What manufacturer warranties come with the products being installed?
Roofing, siding, windows, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and other products may carry warranties that extend well beyond the contractor’s workmanship warranty.

Who is responsible for subcontracted work?
Know who your point of contact will be if an issue involves plumbing, electrical, or another specialty trade.

How do I report a warranty concern?
There should be a simple process for reporting a problem and having it evaluated.

What happens when the workmanship warranty expires?
Ask whether the contractor will still be available to evaluate concerns or assist with future repairs.

A Warranty Is Only as Good as the Company Standing Behind It.

Our relationship doesn’t have to end when the warranty expires.

If something doesn’t look or perform the way it should, give us a call. We’ll evaluate the concern, explain what we find, and help determine the best path forward.

If it’s our responsibility, we want the opportunity to make it right. If it isn’t covered by warranty, we’ll still do our best to help.
